7 step Csolar Design and Installation process:

• Site Survey: This first step is absolutely crucial in properly designing a renewable energy resource system for you. It is during this visit to your business that we gather the information needed, such as building orientation, roof type and pitch, along with assessing your current electric service equipment in order to customize a solar energy system to best fit your needs. We will also analyze your energy usage and electric bills to illustrate to you the financial benefits that come with solar energy systems.
• Design: The design phase is when we use all of the information gathered during your free site survey to engineer a renewable energy resource system. The team of experts we have put together will utilize their hands on experience in CAD design, photovoltaic installation, and electrical installation to properly design a solar energy system that best fits your needs and will maximize your investment. At Csolar we believe that renewable energy systems must be custom designed for each customer because everyone has such different needs. We must take into account the orientation and shape of your building, along with your energy usage and roof type.
• Customer Presentation and Approval:After we design a custom solar energy system for your business we will present it to you before moving forward with any installation for your approval. During this proposal we will comprehensibly cover all the details involved with your system including the electrical production, the installation schedule, and information about the products we will use including pricing for the solar energy system. We will then present for you a financial analysis of how the system will benefit you over its lifetime along with any rebates and incentives that may go along with converting your business over to a renewable energy system.
• Installation and Connection: Csolar will install your new photovoltaic system during this step. Due to the fact that we completed our initial site survey and extensively planned for your specific building we are able to minimize complications during the installation and connection. This enables us to most efficiently work through this installation process and get your business running on solar energy as quickly as possible.
• Permit Inspection/Electrical Inspection/Utility Witness Test: Csolar will work closely with the site manager, municipal inspectors, and the utility company to ensure a timely and smooth inspection and interconnection process.
• Maintenance and Data Monitoring: Another part of the custom design aspect that Csolar offers to all commercial customers is the fact that we include the required data monitoring systems and maintenance tools. The tools provided will assist the renewable energy system owner to determine system output, recover renewable energy credits from the utility company, and effectively market the PV system to the business’ customers and employees. Our customers have found that an annual inspection and cleaning make up most of the maintenance performed during the life of the system.
